How do I book a bin?
Just call and speak to one of our staff or send an email and we will contact you ASAP.

What is the time frame to have a bin delivered or picked up?
We pride ourselves on our same day drop off and pick up policy. Usually the bin can be dropped off within an hour or two.

How can the bin be paid for?
Either bank direct deposit or COD, whatever is easier for you.

Do I need to be home to take delivery of the bin?
No, with instructions our driver will position the bin where you need it.

What style or size of bin do I need?
Our website has a bin gallery page which has detailed dimensions of our bins, or call thru to talk to one of our experienced staff.

How long does the bin stay on site for?
Anytime up to a week. An extended drop off can be organized.

What can I put in the bin?
Anything except asbestos, fibro, paints, hazardous materials, food, liquid or chemical waste, batteries, mattresses or any other contaminated waste. Please call for more information.

Where does my waste go after pickup?
Suitable loads go back to one of yards, where they are sorted into appropriate loads and disposed of accordingly.
